0.0 / 5Immerse yourself in the Apulian tradition at an organic farm that truly represents the region of Foggia, not far from the spur of Southern Italy, the promontorio del Gargano.
You will discover products with distinctive and exciting flavors, entirely sourced from our own "Farm-to-Table" supply chain, from sowing to harvesting and screening in our certified lab. You will observe some of our production processes in action, and learn how food can be preserved without the aid of chemical acidifiers. You will walk among our 5,500 centuries-old olive trees, among which is a unique native variety, the Peranzana, which produces a wholly unique olive oil (featured in the 2021 Oli D'Italia Gambero Rosso guide!).
You will also visit a garden where you can pick fresh vegetables and our vineyards, to harvest Trebbiano grapes.
