In Sicily..through organic vineyards and cellar

Vincenzo and Finella cultivate emotions in the prolific hills of Federico II di Svevia! They will welcome and introduce you to the rhythms, fragrances and flavours of the Sicilian countryside. The visit starts with a joyful walk among vine rows of the vineyard Federico II: here you could see where our wines come from. The high quality of the wine comes from the fertility of red and sandy soil, from the good sun exposition and the gently hilly altitude. Before entering to the cellar, we will show you old tools of the farmer life. Then we will take you the winemaking area to taste two wines from the tub. You will visit the bottling area and the red wines refinement room full of barrels and “barriques”. At the end of the experience you will taste typical local products (cheeses, cured meat, olives, Extra Virgin Olive oil and homemade bread) and a wine that evokes all the flavour of Mediterraneo. We will happy to welcome you to our organic farm and make our green spaces available to you: the wide lawn, the small garden of Mediterranean aromatic plants, secular olive trees road, the organic citrus grove and the animals area.
