Picnic on the lawn among tradition and nature

Come to the Organic farm and live an unforgettable sensory experience, surrounded by flourishing nature. The farm tour starts with a walk to the garden of aromas, among vineyards and olive groves. You will discover all about trees variety cultivated, soil peculiarity and particularity of the climate. Few steps from Federico II vineyard, there is a cellar square shaped, typical of Sicilian Baglio. Here you will learn about wine making processes and bottling. You will have the opportunity to taste the wine from the tub and to have a very special experience at the cellar. The visit ends at the barrel cellar where red wines rest for years; here we will tap a wine together from the barrel. Next to the cellar there is a wide green lawn with aromatic plants, old olive groves, arches of flowers and farmer tools. Here you will have your picnic and we will provide you a picnic box. Inside the picnic box you will have the five Sicilian specialties: local cheeses, very nice cured meat, vegetables from our vegetable house, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrus jellies and organic honey, water bottle and a bottle of wine (every 2 people) your choice of red or white. In presence of children the guide will show you around the animals area. We will prepare a small bouquet of Mediterranean aromatic plants for all our guests.
