In a carriage trough the Sicilian countryside and brunch

Explore the beautiful Sicilian countryside on a horse-drawn carriage! Our blonde Olivia the horse will train you among vineyards and olive groves of the farm up to the hill to enjoy the amazing sea view. The visit to the animals area will show you wonderful horses. You will learn about their habits and their world. Then we will take you to the cellar where we will show you the wine making processes and bottling. Here you will taste two types of wine from the tubs. Also we will stop in the hall of the cellar to discover and to know the farmer tools. You will have a very tasty brunch in our terrace or in the wine tasting room at the cellar. We will prepare for you a brunch with 5 Sicilian specialties: local cheeses, cured meat, veggies from our vegetables house, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrusy jellies and organic honey. You will have the opportunity to taste our wines full of Mediterranean flavours: a versatile, fresh and savoury white wine, typical from the hilly area and a fruity bouquet character red wine. We will happy to welcome you to our organic farm where you can enjoy our green spaces: the wide lawn, the small garden of Mediterranean aromatic plants, the organic citrus grove and the animals area.
