Let’s harvest the olives: wine and olive oil tasting and brunch with local products

We are waiting for you to discover together a strong tradition linked to our land: the olives harvest! You will be amazed by the beauty of the secular olive groves and the peaceful landscape. After a short introduction about olive tree and benefits of the extra virgin olive oil, you will have the opportunity to help spreading the nets under the trees and collecting the olives. You will experience a fantastic sensory journey. You will caress the bark of the olive tree, discover the age of the trees, defoliate the olives, smell the paste of the olives just crushed in our small oil mill. At the end you will taste the final product: the extra virgin olive oil. You will have a very tasty brunch in our beautiful terrace. We will prepare for you 5 Sicilian specialties: local cheeses, cured meat, veggies from our vegetables house, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrusy jellies and organic honey. You will taste a wine that evokes all the flavours and aromas of Mediterraneo. You can enjoy colours and fragrances of the Sicilian countryside relaxing in our green spaces available to you: the lawn, the animals area, the aromas garden, vineyard and organic citrus grove.
