Birra Carrù

Birra Carrù is an independent craft microbrewery, but first and foremost it is a family: Lelio, Lorella, Paola and Marianna. We like simplicity, which is a very difficult thing. Our craft beers, from raw materials also of our own production, are simple: pleasant to sip and easy to drink. Familiar and recognisable. We support the project of an entirely Italian craft beer supply chain: from spring water to the barley grain; from the hop flower to the yeast strain. We create products with ingredients that are every day more Italian. We know the story from the beginning to the glass to preserve a sincere and original. Beer is for everyone: defending its simplicity and purity, starting with the raw material, is our way of guaranteeing good drinking and transparency. Lelio has been involved in beer since 1996 and, after various experiences, a beerfirm linked to our family pub (Giratemp) was born in 2001. our family pub (Giratempo), which we ran until 2016. In 2017, thanks to a crowfunding, our dream of creating the Carrù beerfirm became a reality. Just like a family, we believe in the value of collaboration with other realities: microbreweries, catering businesses, suppliers and we are open to visits to make our history, working methods and craft beers.
