La Mondianese

La Mondianese farm was founded from a precious root: the passion for wine and its culture. These roots are found in Ruchè land, a very rare variety exclusively grown in Monferrato, in Piedmont region (North-Western Italy). The winery is surrounded by a single vineyard that covers 7.50 hectares, in a spectacular landscape heritage of humanity - UNESCO. The search of quality start in the vineyards with green pruning and pass through all processes to the bottling. The cellar was built using the most modern wine-making techniques, with steel tanks, while the aging cellar is buried under the hill where the wooden barrels, barriques and tonneaux lie.
