Discovering Castelmagno and the mountain cheeses of the Cuneo area

Upon arrival we will proceed to our Cheese Factory located in Grana Valley, the land of Castelmagno, passing among the animals of our small farm. You will meet the little donkey Rudolf with his cheerful little family, the Carlotto Goose and his gang but above all those who make all our reality possible: the cows headed by Gaia who produce for us the best milk for Castelmagno Dop. We will arrive at the cheese factory where Teo , the cheesemaker, will show you his secrets. On the return of the walk we will pass through the aging cells of the 50 Poiana cheeses to reach the tasting of our artisanal products in the midst of nature in the dehor of our facility.
