We are waiting for you in a typical Salento masseria to learn about the culinary and agricultural traditions of the place, and to spend an evening of good food and good company. We will first take a walk through our 6-hectare estate to introduce you to the agricultural production we carry out, telling you about the history of masserias in Puglia and the traditions of Salento. Afterwards, we will all sit down at the table to enjoy a delicious a slow and social lunch or dinner prepared by Pasquale, made from zero-mile and traditional dishes, sipping local and natural wine, and chatting in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere, like the one a real Apulian masseria can create. The menu for the social dinner is by surprise, as it is based on the harvest of the day and the availability of raw materials, always fresh and in season, expertly prepared by Pasquale, according to tradition.
