0.0 / 5The Camugliano Estate is in the center of a renowned white truffle area; the integrity of the territory, carried out for decades in a totally organic way and the tendency of the ground allow to have the best conditions for this unique and exclusive search. The period of maximum splendor for this activity goes from October to December, and the growing of this precious tuber depends on atmospheric conditions.
From May to September you can find a least prized species although well known among truffle connoisseurs, the summer truffle. Accompanied by our expert truffle hunter and an english speaking guide you will walk in the woods and, the best way to conclude the walk, is a final truffle tasting at our Locanda di Camugliano and a short explanation how to treat and clean the truffle taking back home the secrets of some special recipes and an unforgettable experience
