Olive Oil Experience & Tasting

Come and visit us in the heart of the harvest season: we will guide you through our olive grove, talking to you about the different cultivars and olive harvesting methods. For one day you will be able to totally immerse yourself in our world: in fact, you will have the opportunity to participate yourself in the olive harvest using traditional tools, just like our workers. Following this, we will return to our olive press to observe the complete cycle of transforming olives into oil, finally tasting what has been called green gold since ancient times. We will conclude this beautiful journey by offering you a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil and a lunch with the products of our territory, accompanied by 2 glasses of good wine. The tasting and lunch include: extra virgin olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, olives, aged cheese, typical aged salami, bruschetta with traditional local pate, typical pizzoli stuffed according to tradition, ricotta and honey, water and 2 glasses of white/red wine.
