Evening picnic in the Salento hop garden and hop picking

Our hop garden opens its doors on the occasion of “Open Hops,” the big national event organized by the Italian Beer Consortium. Come and visit our farm, learn the secrets of cultivation and production techniques of this beverage with a thousand-year history. A picnic awaits you among the rows of lush hop plants, where you can taste our selection of farm beers accompanied by traditional local dishes/street food and local products (e.g. cold cuts, cheeses, sandwiches, savory pies, fruit, dessert...) And after the mouth-watering moment, you will also be able to experience the harvesting of hop cones that, having arrived at the end of August, are ready to enter the brewing process in the brewery and become the raw material at the base of our farm beers: good, natural, unpasteurized or microfiltered products, a true excellence of our country!
