Aperitif and guided tour in the agricultural brewery

The experience consists of an itinerary in stages through the key chapters of our story. After a short introduction on the beginning of Birra Salento project and a brief focus on the agricultural supply chain, we enter the brewery: in the ingredients room you will see first-hand and smell the main ingredients that are at the base of our beers; in the production area you will discover the phases that lead to the birth of our craft beers and you will taste a one of our beer creatures from the maturation tank. At the end of this itinerary there will be an aperitif in our panoramic pub, where you will taste three different craft beers together with finger food pairings created by our chef. You will hear many fascinating anecdotes about the world of beer and useful tips on beer-food pairings. A 360-degree tour in the world of brewery!
