Picnic in the vineyard and tasting of 3 wines

The experience includes: 1) tour of the vineyards (weather permitting) 2) tour of the winery 3) welcome toast with our Martinotti Method sparkling wines 4) picnic in the vineyard 3) guided wine tasting of three different wines. The tasting is accompanied by small samples of local products. The picnic basket contains (indicative menu, subject to possible seasonal variations): - tasting of local cheeses accompanied by honey and artisanal jams - butterflies from the garden (pasta salad) - roast pork shoulder with herbs - vegetables in rustic giardiniera - fresh bread and focaccia in the morning - brasadé (typical doughnuts from Oltrepò Pavese) - seasonal fruit - 1 small bottle of water per person (0.50 cl) - 1 bottle of wine (0.75 cl) per 2 people to choose from different references - large tablecloth to spread - cutlery and napkins - waste bag The wine glass, strictly made of glass, will be delivered to you with its wine glass pocket. Any allergies, intolerances or special food requests should be reported in good time.
