What to expect
The welcome takes place outside walking through the historic vineyard that surrounds the winery, explaining the stages of processing in the vineyard and telling about the production area to continue inside the winery where you will see each stage of prosecco production. Once the theoretical part is over, you will sit inside or outside depending on the season and temperatures to begin the tasting of 3 iconic wines from our hills. You will taste a wine with the bottom and two Prosecchi Superiori with different residual sugar to better understand how the aromas and taste change while using the same base wine from pure glera grapes. We accompany the wines with a small selection of local products always from the area such as cheeses and cured meats. The experience lasts one hour and at the end of it you will also have the opportunity to take home the wines that impressed you the most.
