Overview
Our Cooking Class in the winery is an authentic and traditional cooking lesson where participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make fresh handmade pasta. During the lesson, participants will prepare the dough by hand and experiment with creating various types of pasta, such as tortellini, spaghetti, and tagliatelle. Everyone will have the chance to actively contribute to the preparation.
Following the class, there will be a guided tour of our winery, accompanied by brief but detailed explanations from a family member. At the end of the tour, a tasting of 4 selected wines will be offered, paired with a delicious platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, along with a small light lunch/dinner.
The experience also includes:
Water and bread, also gluten-free.
Vegetarian option, available on request.
