Discovering Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Tasting among the Green Hills of Fiesole

Extra virgin olive oil tasting is a sensory experience to learn about the world of oil, both its merits and flaws. Our tour begins on our wonderful panoramic terrace overlooking the valley of olive groves, all the way to the mountains! We continue with an introduction to the history of the Buonamici family and the new Frantoio. We walk to the entrance of our Frantoio Ipogeo that leads to the pressing, bottling and storage areas of our evo oil! Finally we will end the tour with an introduction to extra virgin olive oil tasting on the panoramic terrace in the warm season and inside our olive mill during the cold seasons.
