Overview
Discover the culinary traditions of Piedmont through an authentic experience that combines cooking, conviviality and local flavors. This Piedmont cooking class is designed for those who want to learn the secrets of regional cuisine directly from an experienced chef, surrounded by the beauty of a countryside estate.
During the class, you will roll up your sleeves and prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Piedmontese gastronomy. The chef will guide you through every step of the process, sharing techniques, tips and culinary traditions passed down through generations.
The menu includes the preparation of homemade bread, the famous plin ravioli, and bonet, one of Piedmont’s most beloved traditional desserts. Each recipe will be explained step by step, allowing everyone to actively participate, regardless of cooking experience.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy all the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a selection of estate-produced wines, carefully chosen to enhance the flavors of the meal.
To make the experience even more memorable, each participant will receive a personal notebook for recording recipes and the chef’s tips, while every two participants will receive a bottle of wine from the estate to take home. The day concludes with a special gift from the chef as a keepsake of this unique culinary journey.
A perfect experience for couples, families, groups of friends and food lovers who wish to discover Piedmont through its most authentic flavors.
