Visit our brewery and be guided on a journey that combines local raw materials, passion and experimentation, culminating in a final apericena in the atmospheric Salento courtyard of our Malteria Dekore. The tour begins in our farmhouse brewery, where you'll get up close and personal with the ingredients that bring our beers to life, explore the stages of the production process, and taste fresh, unfiltered craft beer directly from the maturation tank, just as we drink it. The experience continues a short walk away, in our charming Malteria Dekore, a restored old Salento farmhouse, where you will discover historic machinery dedicated to the malting process of malting barley. A journey into the agricultural tradition of Salento that makes every sip more conscious. To conclude, an apericena awaits you in the courtyard, under the stars or at sunset, with dishes freshly prepared by our chef, made with local ingredients and raw materials from the brewery. All will be accompanied by three selected craft beers, in an atmosphere enlivened by live music or DJ sets.
