Overview
Every weekend, an authentic wine tasting experience in Monferrato awaits you — designed for those who wish to discover the world of wine up close, explore the story of a family-run winery, and savor the genuine flavors of the territory.
The experience begins with a panoramic welcome and continues with a guided tour of the winery, starting from the vinification area. Here, you will learn in a simple and engaging way about all the stages of red and white grape processing, from crushing to pressing, while observing the evolution of the cellar — from the first tanks purchased by the grandfather to the modern stainless-steel equipment used today.
The journey then moves to the evocative 19th-century aging cellar, where the wine rests in barriques and tonneaux. You will discover the differences between these wooden barrels, admire historic casks, and explore a valuable bottle collection. The tour also includes a stop at the ancient icehouse, a fascinating testament to the winery’s history.
The tasting takes place in the renovated tasting room, distinguished by its unique internal well, or — weather permitting — in the bright courtyard of the Pozzo Fiorito, where you can enjoy the panoramic views and the warmth of the sun.
The experience concludes with a tasting of four Monferrato wines, paired with a selection of local specialties, with dedicated menu options available for vegetarians, vegans, and guests with food intolerances.
