Trekking and brunch between vineyard and cellar

"The experience begins with a 4 km path between the rows of the vineyard, which will awaken all your senses: sight, smell, even hearing and touch! Our guide will accompany you to discover and rediscover the joy of contact with nature, even the pleasures of walking barefoot on the earth (barefoot stretch optional). The experience then continues with a visit to the cellar, ending at the farmhouse to exercise your sense of taste! Here we will try our wines paired with dishes prepared with local raw ingredients from the small local farms of the Oltrepò Pavese Slow Food Community: Classic Method Pinot64 with a savory vegetable and cheese pastry, Grana Padano Riserva DOP, goat cheese and honey; Bonarda Vigio with artisanal focaccia, salami, and pancetta; Rhenish Riesling Campo Dottore with a seasonal risotto; followed by Sweet Moscato Re Mida with an encore of homemade dessert. The tasting includes water and coffee. As a gift, we offer a 'bio-bomb' made with native organic seeds, to protect and increase biodiversity together."
