The website becountry.it offers an online service for booking experiences, operated by BeCountry Srl, VAT / CF 04490060169 (hereinafter 'BeCountry'). BeCountry enables users to search and book experiences that are promoted by companies in the agricultural sector, and to publish their opinions. However, it is not a travel or tour agency, nor does it provide experiences directly. When a user makes a reservation, the user books and purchases the experiences directly from the third-party provider. These Terms of Use apply to any application of BeCountry services. Read the Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and related limitations, as well as a section that details applicable laws and jurisdiction in the case of disputes. By accessing or using our service, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Use, access to or use of our service will not be permitted.
These terms of use, together with the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms of Use") define the conditions under which BeCountry provides the booking service ("Service") through the website www.becountry.it, together with all any related domains, ‘white label’ sites and partner sites, mobile applications and associated applications (collectively referred to as the "Site"), and by telephone. The term "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service. BeCountry is not a travel agency or tour operator, and is not a provider of tours, activities or experiences.
When the User makes a reservation, he enters into a contractual relationship with third-party suppliers (hereinto defined as "Partners").

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the User and BeCountry regarding the use of the Service, including bookings made for activities (hereinafter referred to as "Experiences") advertised on the Site and made available by third-party suppliers (Individually referred to as a “Product").
By using or accessing the Service, booking a Product ("Reservation") and/or creating a presence on the Site ("Account"), the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use without modification, and declares to have read and understood them. In all agreements relating to a Reservation, the Booking User will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of all persons included in the Reservation.
