Venventi: Tradition, Innovation and Sustainability Born in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, Ventiventi represents the union between tradition and innovation, technology and a green soul. Created by the dream of the Razzaboni family, Ventiventi wants to maintain and transmit the main values ​​of the lands on which it was built: Genuineness, simplicity, authenticity, passion and hospitality. The winery is very young, the first vineyards were planted in 2016, and since day zero, completely organic and eco-sustainable agriculture and production have been adopted, to offer healthy and quality products. Ventiventi, located in the center of 70 hectares, of which 30 are vineyards, has decided to start this new adventure by choosing the Classic Method (Champanoise Method) as the production method for its wines, to obtain fresh products, characterized by a marked finesse, structure and minerality, which allows all the varietal notes to be enhanced. Not only the winery is very young, but also its team. Young, creative, a team that wants to get involved, experiment and offer fresh, young and versatile products.
