Cantina Costantini opens its doors during the most evocative time of the year: the grape harvest. From the first of September to mid-October you can live with us the experience of the grape harvest accompanied by a rich program that will take you back in time.
After a welcome buffet we will tell you about harvesting, tools and techniques. At your disposal the staff will take souvenir photos to remember the event which will be given to you at the end of the day. At the end of the harvest, you will be treated to a hearty snack of local cheeses and cured meats accompanied by wines from Cantina Costantini.
After crushing the freshly harvested grapes we will taste the must and move to the vegetable garden for the activity of making fresh cheese and tasting ricotta and cooked must.
A sensory analysis lesson will be given for everyone to better taste the winery's wines accompanied by our Sommerlier.
Lunch/Dinner* among the rows with tasting of 4 of our best wines accompanied by a selection of cheeses served in combination with our own jams, a hot first course, local salumi, porchetta, Genzano bread with extra virgin olive oil and with our sott'oli. Dessert paired with passito wine.
