0.0 / 5The experience begins with a short walk in the woods among the Roero hills until you reach the farm that raises free-range baby goats here.
After a brief explanation you will participate firsthand in the milking of the goats and, with the milk collected, you will move to the nearby "ciabot" where the cheesemaker will teach you how to make goat cheese.
During curdling you will be able to taste the cheeses from the small farm produced, both goat and cow. Accompanied by excellent local wine.
