0.0 / 5Through this experience you will discover Sicily from a new perspective, on horseback! As an equestrian guide, I will explain the basics of horseback riding to you. After about 20-30 minutes we will set off on our walk through the forest.
I will accompany you on the back of my horse and we will venture along a forest path of approximately 4/6 km, along which we will have the opportunity to observe the centuries-old trees growing in the area; we will encounter a mulberry tree and a 1,000-year-old chestnut tree! We will dismount to visit on foot the Grotta D'Angela lava stone cave, an unmissable natural attraction in the area.
Our English-mounted walk will finally lead us to the Piano dei Gelsi, which offers an exclusive panoramic view of Mount Etna.
The walk will last 1.5 hours, and the experience will last a total of 2 hours.
