After admiring the beauty of the olive grove, we'll head to our oil mill to illustrate the magic of extra virgin olive oil production. During the guided tour, you'll have the opportunity to see our processing machinery and learn all the details of the production process. Additionally, you'll get to participate in our virtual reality experience that will transport you inside our mill, allowing you to experience every phase of the oil production process first-hand, from olives' harvesting to cold extraction. To complete the experience, we'll offer you a delicious lunch with carefully selected typical Sicilian products and seasonings, giving you the authentic flavors of our land. You'll find bruschetta with our paté, salami, cheese, our beloved pizzoli (a real specialty that will amaze you!), and a dessert to end the day on a sweet note.
