In the heart of the Orobic Pre-Alps, with a view of the Presolana massif, it will be possible to discover the tricks of making grandma's fresh pasta. Starting with flour, we will go on to prepare tagliatelle, ravioli, casoncelli and colored pastas and then cook them in the farmhouse kitchen and taste them at the farmhouse. The cooking class will be accompanied by a tasting of meats and cheeses produced by the farm. (including water, wine, dessert and coffee)
