Fresh pasta workshop: pumpkin and almond tortelli

Discover the pleasure of fresh homemade pasta with a workshop dedicated to the preparation of pumpkin and amaretto tortelli, a classic of Lombard cuisine. Under the guidance of Mamma Marisa, you will learn how to knead and roll out the dough, using local ingredients such as Zucca Berrettina di Lungavilla pumpkin and almond macaroons from Oltrepò Pavese. After the workshop, the experience continues with a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, where you will learn about the winemaking process and the aging of Metodo Classico. To end on a high note, you will taste tortelli prepared with your own hands during a farm-to-table lunch, accompanied by a mixed appetizer, a spoon dessert and a selection of 4 local wines. An authentic experience combining culinary tradition, wine culture and conviviality in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese.
