Live an authentic experience on our organic farm, where dairy tradition meets respect for the environment and animal welfare. The tour begins with a visit to the barn to get up close and personal with our Pezzata Rossa cows, raised according to Slow Food Presidium principles. You will learn about the value of natural meadows and pastures, which are critical to milk quality, and we will tell you about our organic raw milk cheese production process.
The experience culminates with a guided tasting, where you will enjoy seven types of organic raw milk cheeses, accompanied by a selection of artisanal cured meats, traditional frico, organic yogurt and a sweet surprise. All will be paired with two local wines, selected to enhance the authentic flavors of our products.
