0.0 / 5Discover the art of organic olive growing with an authentic experience among the hills of the upper Macerata area. At the “La Collina Incantata” olive farm, you will be welcomed for a guided tour among centuries-old olive trees and local and national cultivars, discovering the tradition of polyconic vase pruning and the characteristics of native varieties.
Along the way, you will reach a scenic hill with breathtaking views of the town of San Severino Marche, its Castello al Monte, Roman remains and the valley of the Potenza River. On the way back, also passing through the orchard, you will participate in a guided tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil, with notions of tasting techniques and oil quality.
Depending on the season, you will also taste other farm products, and, for those who wish, it will be possible to purchase organic EVO oil, processed olives and fruit, or adopt an olive tree to receive your own new olive oil in the coming season.
An ideal experience for lovers of olive oil, nature and the agricultural traditions of the Marche region.
