The day begins with a welcome at the farm and a brief introduction to the fascinating world of truffle hunting. You will meet the truffle hunter and his dogs, the real protagonists of this adventure. During the guided walk, you will be able to actively participate in the collection and learn the traditional techniques used by generations of truffle hunters. Once the search is over, we will return to the farm for a convivial moment: a tasting of typical Umbrian dishes based on fresh truffles, paired with selected local wines (if provided).
