Winery and Vineyard Tour with Food and Wine Pairing

Discover an authentic food and wine experience in the Langhe, where vineyards, cellar traditions and organic wines come together with the flavors of Piedmontese cuisine. The experience begins with a welcome at the winery, where guests will meet their guide before heading out for a walk through the vineyards surrounding the estate. During the visit you will learn how the vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, and how the winery takes care of the land and its vineyards. The tour continues inside the winery with a passage through the historic reserve cellar, where wines age slowly in barrels. Here you will discover every stage of the winemaking process, from grape processing to fermentation and aging. After the winery visit, the experience moves to the tasting room, where the most convivial moment begins: a guided tasting of five organic wines produced by the winery, paired with traditional Piedmontese dishes served in a warm and welcoming setting. Throughout the tasting, your host will explain the aromas, characteristics and unique qualities of each wine, creating a perfect food and wine pairing experience in the Langhe. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions may request alternative menus, provided that these are communicated at the time of booking. The food and wine pairing experience is available on Saturdays and Sundays, with the tour starting at 11:30 AM.
