"Through this experience you can discover the life of a cheesemaker, from the arrival of the milk to the finished product: our very tasty cheese! During your visit to the dairy, you will see the process of transforming milk into cheese and its by-products. You will also learn how we produce our Stracchino Bronzone, the winner of several awards, as well as our ricotta, yoghurt and the must-have Formagelle cheese. At the end we will explain the curing process that gives our cheese its perfect taste and texture. At the end of the tour you will taste our products arranged on an apperitivo cheeseplate accompanied by an excellent glass of Franciacorta."

What to expect

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the cheesemaker who will provide you with appropriate clothing, then guide you through the dairy laboratory. Afterwards you will see the room where the cheese is aged, then finish up your tour with a tasting of our products.
