Rolling pin, apron, flour, and. let's learn how to make pasta with a fun cooking class dedicated to the traditional recipe for ravioli stuffed with pot roast. Mama Marisa will show you the technique and reveal the recipe, telling you the story of the ravioli. After kneading, we go on a wine discovery tour: we start in the vineyard to understand how we take care of the vines and soil; we continue to the winemaking cellar and the Metodo Classico aging room to find out more about our production. Then we return to the farm for lunch, which includes a mixed appetizer, ravioli prepared by you, and a dessert! In combination with the dishes we offer you a tasting of 4 wines representative of our winery and territory.

L'ho regalato per il compleanno ad un'amica ed è stata un'ottima idea. Ci siamo divertite molto. I ravioli prodotti erano veramente squisiti, consiglio davvero questa esperienza!

Esperienza piú che consigliata. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gentilezza e attenzione nei minimi particolari. Corso di cucina con la Sig.ra Marisa,poi visita guidata con spiegazione esaustiva ed infine pranzo con degustazione di 4 vini di loro produzione diretta bio e km0,antipasto,ravioli al brasato fatti da noi e dolce piú caffé. Torneremo per altre esperienze.
