For 4 generations we have dedicated ourselves with dedication and passion to the production of our favola oil and IGP Femminello lemons from Syracuse. As a farm and mill, our goal is to spread the value of quality extra virgin olive oil and build an international community of true EVOO enthusiasts. During guided tours, we will walk among our centuries-old olive trees to appreciate their wisdom and majesty and explain all the secrets of our production. Finally, we will taste together our selection of monovarietal oils.

What to expect

Visit to the olive mill to discover together techniques and secrets of EVOO production. Tasting of our selection of 4 Favola extra virgin olive oils, along with small samples of local products.
