Organic wine tasting and winery tour

The owners of Azienda Agricola Monfrà are always happy to welcome you, show you their work and tell you their story and that of their wines. Upon your arrival, the tour will begin in the winery, where you will find traditional equipment such as vats, terracotta amphorae from Impruneta and oak tonneaux for aging. Here you will learn what the most important aspects of growing a vineyard organically and producing organic wine are. Once you understand how winemaking takes place, you will have the opportunity to taste the fruit of years of work and anticipation. You will enjoy a guided tasting of 3 organic wines accompanied by breadsticks, olives or fresh chicken eggs. Upon request, and by reservation, you can request a small cutting board with garden and local products that may vary from time to time and depending on the availability of products. The duration of the Monfrà winery visit and guided tasting depends on your curiosity and the season, but is usually extended with a restorative stop in the shade of the winery's small forest or snuggled up in front of the fireplace.
