What to expect
When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Roberto, the winery owner, who will take you on a fascinating journey through agronomic practices, including microbiological cultivation. In this first moment you will have the opportunity to fully understand the quality of their wines, exploring the winery while receiving detailed oenological explanations.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to delight in an aperitif of superior wines as you prepare to reach your table. There, we will serve you a selection of 3 typical Langhe hors d'oeuvres, followed by 2 peasant first courses, a traditional main course with side dish, and a dessert created by our chef.
Throughout the meal, the wines paired with the dishes will be presented directly by the producer.
