Small, family-run business in the Ossola mountains. The company is made up of Vittoria, owner, her husband Luca and her daughter Beatrice. We have a small herd of goats and sheep that roam on our land and some rented land all around the stable, an ancient building that was used as a horse exchange stable for the crossing to Switzerland. With the milk of our animals we produce a small delicacy called Cacioriccotta, a cheese of multiple ages, which combines the sweetness of ricotta with the flavor of goat's cheese. We also produce drinkable and spreadable yoghurt. To accompany the cheese we produce a selection of Beer to Eat. The dairy is the oldest in Ossola, once a turn house of the town of Baceno, now in exclusive use by us, where we do guided tours and tastings.
