0.0 / 5In the heart of the Orobie Mountains, in the shadow of the Presolana massif, it will be possible to make one's own cheese from organic milk milked at the Happiness Farm barn. With a step-by-step description of the process and phenomena that lead to obtaining cheese, everyone will prepare their own small primosale. During the time it takes to make cheese, we will make a visit to the farm's barn. Upon completion of the cheese making class, a tasting of meats and cheeses produced by the farm will follow. (including water, wine, dessert and coffee)
