With a step-by-step description of the process and phenomena that lead to obtaining cheese, everyone will prepare their own small primosale. During the time it takes to make cheese, we will make a visit to the farm's barn. Upon completion of the cheese making class, a tasting of meats and cheeses produced by the farm will follow. (including water, wine, dessert and coffee)
