After collecting the milk, you will enter our dairy workshop, where we will guide you in creating your own goat cheese using traditional methods passed down through generations. To end on a high note, you will participate in a tasting of 0-mile products, with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, artisanal cured meats, and freshly prepared hot ricotta. Giornata indimenticabile con Elisa e Marco! Dalla mungitura, alla preparazione del formaggio fino alla degustazione dei loro prodotti (colazione e pranzo) ci hanno accompagnato trasmettendoci l'amore per il loro lavoro e territorio. Un vero e proprio ritorno alle origini immersi nel silenzio della natura e nei suoi ritmi lenti e pieni. Grazie infinite, alla prossima!

La fattoria è inserita in un contesto totalmente naturalistico, Elisa e Marco sono due persone squisite che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Hanno creato l’atmosfera perfetta per un’esperienza indimenticabile. Le attività sono state seguite con completezza e ogni passaggio e informazione sono stati descritti con chiarezza. Elisa e Marco sono due guide eccezionali. L’esperienza è davvero immersiva: si parte con la mungitura delle capre, per poi passare alla creazione e alla degustazione dei formaggi. Man mano che l’attività procede, il gruppo si compatta e si trasforma in un momento autentico di convivialità. Il pranzo è delizioso, arricchito da prodotti locali genuini. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura e la passione che Elisa e Marco mettono in ciò che fanno, trattando con rispetto e amore ogni animale e ogni pianta. Un’esperienza più che consigliata!
