L’Emilia Romagna è una delle regioni italiane con la tradizione gastronomica più ricca, figlia di un territorio variegato che va dall’Adriatico alla Pianura Padana, passando dalle cime dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. É famosa in tutto mondo soprattutto per il Parmigiano Reggiano, il Prosciutto di Parma, i fantomatici tortellini e per l’Aceto Balsamico Dop, prodotto a Modena e Reggio Emilia. Ma non va dimenticata la zona lagunare del Delta del Po, con i suoi paesaggi puntellati di palafitte, che regala eccellenza della terra e del mare, dall'asparago verde d’Altedo all’anguilla di Comacchio.
